British Athletics The Association of Running Clubs - The Association of Running Clubs or ARC has been established to act as an affiliating body for clubs whose principal activity is road, cross country, trail or fell running. Costs of affiliation are less than half of those to England Athletics and race organisers will retain 60% of unattached race levies.
