Halesowen Athletic Club     Halesowen A&CC is a well established club based on the edge of  the Clent Hills Country Park, a National Trust area of outstanding beauty. The club stands in its own grounds in the shadows of Halesowen's historic Manor Abbey, hence the 'Manor Abbey Sports Ground'. We cater for athletes of all standards, from beginners to elite,  and offer a wide range of facilities, from track to cross country (we are blessed with miles of country paths). The club competes in all areas of athletics - Track and Field, Road, Cross Country, Orienteering, Fell & Mountain Running, Indoor and Sports Hall athletics for the youngsters. We also encourage athletes to take part in the County, Midland and National Championships. The club also competes in leagues such as the Young athletes  Track and Field League, Midland Track and Field League (all age categories), Midland and National Road Relays and the Birmingham Cross Country League

Harlow Running Club   Harlow running club is a friendly club for people of all ages and abilities 


Harmeny Athletic Club   Harmeny AC was founded in 1977 by individuals at the Harmeny School, Balerno, and after a couple of years opened up membership to the Currie, Balerno and Juniper Green areas of Edinburgh. We have since grown to cover Ratho, Kirknewton, West Edinburgh, and members are welcome from anywhere in the Lothians and Borders. The club is a member of   Scottish Athletics Limited (SAL).


Harlequins Orinteering Club      Harlequins are large, long established and successful orienteering club. We currently have 171 membership units, giving a total of around 296 members. We are affiliated to, and play an active role in the West Midland Orienteering Association (WMOA) and through the association are affiliated to the British Orienteering Federation (BOF).


Harrogate Harriers    Come along and join us on one of our Club nights - we welcome runners of all abilities. We meet on Tuesday nights at 7.00pm and on Thursday nights at 6:30pm at the Harrogate Squash Club on Plantation Road. Training usually takes place in up to three or four pace groups to cater for runners of all standards. We currently have a qualified coach who is taking sessions


Hastings Athletic Club     The Club was founded in 1966 and has been based at the William Parker track for most of the time. A number of outstanding athletes began their careers at Hastings and gone on to achieve national recognition

Havering '90 Joggers     We take part in road running all year round and in various cross country events during the winter.  We have an in house league during the summer, but if mud's the name of your game then participation in the South Essex Cross Country Sunday League is for you.


Hayes and Harlington Road Runners      The Club was founded in 1986 and has specialised in distances from 5K to the Marathon ever since. Our primary interest remains road running but we also enjoy trail running, the occasional multi-terrain event and recently ventured into Cross-Country. We are affiliated to UK Athletics, Middlesex County AAA and SEAA welcoming male and female runners from the age of 18.

Heaton Harriers    Heaton Harriers is one of the oldest running clubs in the North East. Formed in 1890, we have an illustrious past and a sound foundation for the future. We are a fairly large and very friendly club, and cater for members of all levels of fitness, ability and ambition. We welcome those looking to compete at a high level and those looking for fun and companionship in their bid for getting, and staying, fit.

Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club     All abilities welcome. Male and female, young and old. There is a five mile steady run or a slow three miles or less for beginners and/or joggers


Herne Hill Harriers    We pride ourselves on being a family club and cater for all standards and ages from 10 upwards. We offer coaching, training and competitions in all track & field events, road, cross-country, indoor athletics & sports hall


Hillingdon Athletic Club    Hillingdon AC was created in 1966 through the amalgamation of Ruislip-Northwood and Finchley Harriers, founded in 1877. The objective of Hillingdon AC is 'to give every member the opportunity to train and participate at his and her best level, in a professional and happy environment and be recognised locally as such a club". We pride ourselves on being a friendly, open club with an active social section throughout the year for all age groups.


Horsforth and Fellandale     We're a fell running club of around 50 members located in Horsforth, 5 miles west of Leeds city centre. We range in age from 17 to approximately 70. We have some strong runners, and also a large number who like to plod along at the back. We have lady runners too, and are always welcoming to new ladies who want to join us.

Idle Athletic Club     "Very informative site with some useful links" Davina - Idle AC Formed in March 2002. Idle A.C. is an active new club, which provides regular training opportunities for runners of all abilities through the weekly running nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Club members choose which and how many sessions to attend. There is a positive training ethic, a recognition of the importance of progress, and weekly coached sessions run by qualified coaches. The club has a Committee who meet on a regular basis and an AGM is held in March/April each year. All the committee members are qualified coaches. We currently have 1 x Level 3, 3 x level 2 and 3 x level 1 coaches in the club.


Ilkley Harriers      Ilkley Harriers is a friendly running club based in Ilkley (of course!), Wharfedale, West Yorkshire. We welcome runners of all abilities and running interests; the Club's main objective is to encourage participation in running. We organise and encourage training and group runs for our members, and many of our members compete in a variety of events: we have a Club League to encourage friendly competition between our members. And we organise a number of races ourselves. In addition to the club runs, we organise social activities for our members

Keighley and Craven Athletic Club   We have very, very fast runners and very, very slow runners, kamikaze fell runners, enthusiastic social members, people just starting training for the Great North Run and/or London Marathon, very young people, very old people, men, women, people who throw javelins, people who can jump high and long, people who like to walk, triathletes for whom simply running is not enough, people who coach, people who raise funds, people who compete, people who don’t, ace navigators and folk who get lost.


Kendal Athletic Club    We are a small friendly Athletic Club centred on the lovely market town of Kendal in South Lakeland Cumbria and surrounded by some of the best terrain for running in the country. We participate in  track & field, fell, cross country and road. Athletes, joggers and walkers of all ages and ability are welcome. Have a look round our site, then come and join us for a run

Kent Athletic Club    Kent AC is an old established club. We are one of South London's top athletics clubs. We are based at Ladywell Track Lewisham only 15 mins from Central London. We compete on road, cross- country and track


Kingfisher Triathletes     Kingfisher is a friendly triathlon club of around 80 members,
based in Kingston-upon-Thames in South West London. The club has a wide ranging membership from complete newcomers to the sport, right through to GB representatives and Ironman athletes. We welcome new members whatever their sporting background or future goals, whether it's your first triathlon or 10th Ironman we have like-minded and friendly people to train with

Langport Runners     Formed in the summer of 98, we aim to be a friendly and social running club for the young, the old, the serious and for people who just enjoy running.
With a membership of over 80 the club caters for all standards of runner and all types of running - road, X country and track & field. Meeting at The Ridgway Hall on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings during the winter months with extra training sessions on a Monday, arranged during the athletics season.

Les Croupiers Running Club   breakaway social road-running club from the more earnest Cardiff AAC, we have grown over the past 25 years into one of the largest running clubs in South Wales. We compete in road, cross-country, multi-terrain, and track races.


Leyland - Womens Running Network Group     The Leyland Branch of the Women's Running Network are a friendly, enthusiastic group who are always ready to welcome new members. Liss Runners   We are based in Liss, Hampshire and have over 100 members coming from Liss, Petersfield and surrounding villages.  We have strong contingent of male and female runners and a broad range of abilities.


London Heathside Athletic Club   London Heathside was formed in 2000 from the merger of North London AC and Muswell Hill Runners. It exists to promote participation and excellence in road running, track & field athletics and cross-country.  Heathside welcomes new members of all abilities and all ages. Newquay Road Runners       "Seems like a good site" Paul - Newquay Road Runners   The Newquay Roadrunners were formed in 1983 by local runner Ray Moore. The original base was at Mount Wise, home of Newquay A.F.C, and their football kit colours of red and white were adopted by the roadrunners. In 1985 we moved to our current base at Newquay Sports Centre. 1996 saw us change kit colours to black and white vests and black shorts, which we still run in today.   Since the club began some 200 runners have been members at one time or another. We have become one of Cornwall’s most successful road running clubs, with male and female individual, and team success’s, not only within the county, but throughout the country.   We support all local races and regularly have members racing, not only throughout the UK, but in places throughout the world


Northbrook Athletic Club       The club was founded in 1978 as Northbrook Striders and initially had only a dozen members. Today we have over 100 members.
As a club we try to cater for all levels of runners. There is a range of abilities from the sub-five minute milers to the ten-minute milers. Club members participate for different reasons and you will find competitive runners and social runners within the club.


North Herts Road Runners    North Herts Road Runners is a lively and friendly local running club catering for Letchworth, Hitchin, Baldock, Stotfold and the surrounding areas. (The club has been around since 1986. We take part in road races, cross-country and athletics, as well as various social events throughout the year, and have a wide range of ability within the club, from fun runners to international athletes.


Notts AC   Notts Athletic Club was established in 1928 and has always catered for both serious and fun athletes. We are the East Midlands premiere Athletic Club, providing fun coaching for children from 8 years upwards to serious athletic coaching for the National Leagues and International and Olympic athletes. We welcome athletes from all groups of the community


City of Norwich Athletic Club   We're one of the largest athletic clubs in the East of England with over 500 members, and promise a warm welcome to anyone interested in athletics
