We are a husband and wife team. Fiona, has come from the Personal training background, and is a Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 Personal trainer (YMCA and Premier qualified). Mike is a former Royal Navy Officer and 400m combined services champion. We are fully insured and fully qualified and we run the RUNNING INN courses in Eastbourne (see attached). We have also attended the Level 2 UKA workshop and our coaching training is on-going. We’re actively involved in running in the community, and we were proud to be on the Committee that organised Eastbourne’s very successful Half Marathon held on 26th February. And finally, we run Circuits classes and offer personal training locally.Run For Fun and Fitness, and Run For Racing: Middle Distance To Marathon. We also attach details of other members of the team, and our price structure.
As you’ll see we are currently offering our courses at a reduced introductory rate of £175 per person.
This price includes all your meals, except evening meals (however, we have negotiated a £15 per head evening meal rate at a local high quality restaurant), plus tea, coffee, water etc… It also includes all training, nutrition talk, and Pilates, plus a take-home schedule designed by us. The only extras are treatments, massage and follow-on email support if required.
At the 4-star silver rated Guesthouse East, the home of The Running Inn, we offer boutique-style guest accommodation, which complements our ethos of a personal tailor-made service. Each suite has it’s own kitchen, DVD player and is wi-fi enabled.
As personal trainers we look at you holistically, and by keeping the numbers small (usually around 10), we can spend more time finding out what you need to achieve your goals – and we can cope with different abilities - For more info goto www.therunninginn.com

The Annual General Meeting of the AAA of England takes place on 18th March 2006,
I would urge clubs to protect the interests of athletic clubs by voting for John
Bicourt as Chairman. Please visit the following website to read John Bicourt's evidence to the Parliamentary Select Committee on Culture Media and Sport.
http://www.parliament.the-stationery-office.co.uk/pa/cm200405/cmselect/cmcumeds/507/507we03.htm
If you have any difficulty in following the above link, It might be easier to
visit the web site below which links directly to John's Evidence.
http://www.british-athletics.co.uk
Please print out the evidence, and share it around your Club's Committee.
John Bicourt represented Great Britain at the 1972 (Munich) and 1976 (Montreal)
Olympic Games. He was a pioneer who brought professionalism to elite athletics
as one of the first agents to international athletes.
John will be standing as Chairman alongside Keith Atkins who will be standing
for Treasurer. Keith was the elected Treasurer in 2005 and suspended for daring
to point out, that from the £6.8 million TV money paid into the sport for the
2004 AAA's Championships and Olympic Trials, the AAA's and the Athletic Clubs,
who own the AAA's Championships received zero pounds.
The man who suspended Keith Atkins, is the current Chairman George Bunner who is
a strong supporter of the transference of Governance from the AAA of England
(Clubs), after 126 years, to the Sport England Quango. If George Bunner sees no
future for AAA of England, why is he so desperate to hang onto his job?
Please call the Chairman or Secretary of your club, and ask them to read John
Bicourt's evidence to the Parliamentary Select Committee on Culture Media and
Sport, and your clubs to vote for John as the next Chairman of the AAA of
England, and allow a breath of fresh air to blow the needed winds of change
through our sport. Zac 020 8441 6908
